Coop’s Scoop is rooted in a lifelong love of truly great ice cream — rich, nostalgic, and made to bring people together.

Some of my favorite childhood memories are Sunday nights with popcorn and ice cream for dinner. Dad would shake stovetop popcorn in a brown paper bag while my siblings and I carried half-gallons in from the garage freezer. It was simple, joyful, and unforgettable.

That spirit lives in every batch we make.

Each pint is handcrafted from scratch with carefully chosen ingredients — no artificial preservatives or synthetic dyes — just rich custard-style bases and timeless flavors done right.

The name came from a high school lunch table suggestion: “When you grow up, you should open an ice cream shop and call it Coop’s Scoop.” The name stuck. The dream did too.
